Drivers and field personnel
Managers and founders
Office and operations staff
Other authorized operations personnel working with your organization on Ops Ninja

What Messages You May Receive

After you opt in, you may receive operational messages such as:

Dispatch instructions
Route, pickup, and delivery notifications
Lateness and operational alerts
Two-way operational support related to active work

Ops Ninja does not use this program for marketing messages.

How to Opt In

During onboarding or setup, an authorized Ops Ninja representative provides the Ops Ninja operational messaging number to you.
From your mobile phone, text START to that number.
We record your affirmative START consent before any automated operational SMS is sent to you.

No automated operational SMS is sent before we record affirmative START consent. Every recipient — including founders, managers, office personnel, and drivers — must complete this opt-in step.

Program Disclosures

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational activity.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out. STOP is processed as an opt-out and blocks further automated SMS unless you opt in again by texting START.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email adam@opsninja.ai.
Not a condition of purchase: Consent to receive operational SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Other channels: If you opt out of SMS, your organization may still contact you through other previously agreed channels, such as phone, email, Telegram, or in-app messaging.
