These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the public website at opsninja.ai and, where applicable, use of the Ops Ninja platform operated by 2804 LLC. By accessing the site or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
About Ops Ninja
Ops Ninja is a logistics and operations software product operated by 2804 LLC. Access to the operational application is provided by invitation to authorized organizations and users. This public site provides general product information and legal notices.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or platform, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, scraping in violation of applicable law, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
Accounts and Authorization
Platform access requires valid credentials issued to authorized users. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and for activity under your account, except where your organization’s policies provide otherwise.
Intellectual Property
The Ops Ninja name, branding, website content, and software are owned by 2804 LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant ownership of Ops Ninja materials.
Disclaimers
The website and platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Operational tools support business workflows but do not replace professional judgment, safety procedures, or contractual obligations between employers, drivers, and customers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2804 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid, except where prohibited by law.
Operational SMS Terms
Ops Ninja may send operational and transactional SMS messages to drivers, managers, office staff, founders, and other operations personnel who have affirmatively opted in. These messages are not promotional or marketing messages. Examples include dispatch instructions, route, pickup, and delivery notifications, lateness alerts, and two-way operational support related to active work.
- Opt-in: Every recipient — including founders, managers, office personnel, and drivers — must affirmatively opt in by texting START to the Ops Ninja operational number after an authorized representative provides that number during onboarding or setup. No automated operational SMS is sent before we record affirmative START consent.
- Not a condition of purchase: Consent to receive operational SMS is not a condition of purchase; it applies only to the messaging program described here.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational activity.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out of automated SMS from this program. STOP is processed as an opt-out and blocks further automated SMS unless you opt in again by texting START.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact adam@opsninja.ai.
- Other channels: Opting out of SMS does not prevent operational communication through other previously agreed channels, such as phone, email, Telegram, or in-app messaging where your organization uses them.
- Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms
